Legal Notice

28 July, 2004 “Harbour Mastery Inc. has signed an agreement effective 6 August 2004, with Lloyd’s Register–Fairplay Limited (LRF) to make available LRF selected ships characteristics and port information within Harbour Mastery on-line Global Reservations Service applications via dedicated look-up tables. Additionally, Harbour Mastery Inc. is also authorized to refer subscribers to other LRF applications and services via the LRF office in Miami, FL.

Introduction
Respecting your privacy is important to Harbour Mastery, Inc. This privacy policy describes our information collection, use and disclosure practices. References to "we", "us", or "our" shall mean Harbour Mastery.

Information Collection
When users visit the Site, they are anonymous unless they choose to provide Harbour Mastery with personally identifiable information.

How we collect information
We collect information when users request specific products or services from us, through optional polls and surveys or when registering for services. We also collect non-personally identifiable aggregate information from log files.

At Harbour Mastery, the security of our users' personal information is important us.
