Harbour Mastery maintains a client/server application which was originally designed for billing but has been upgraded to reservations and vessel traffic management with eCommerce capabilities. This is an ideal solution for small seaports and marinas that do not need the more robust i-Seaports or i-Marinas end-to-end solution and already have their own accounting system.

This solution is now called HM-PortManager and comes with robust client/server architecture and an extensive range of advantages and capabilities for port or marina management. It requires MS-SQL® Server. It can import data from HM-WebPortRSVP and export data for any accounting system. It has electronic billing capabilities and detailed intermodal cargo / containerized cargo documentation capabilities for your rail and trucking throughput billing.
HM-PortManager offers multiple advantages to the seaport enterprise:
- VTMS for vessel traffic management that separates their visibility from the financial operations
- Ability to import CSV files for traffic, truck scales, utility meters, etc. to avoid re-keying information
