17-18 Dec 2007: Harbour Mastery lands Hawaii Cruise Trade Study sub-contract with ICF International: As part of a teaming sub-contract agreement with ICF International, M. George Walters of Harbour Mastery and Charles A. Towsley of Maritime Directions Management Corp. initiated their team's work on port infrastructure impact and port operations best practices.

The year-long ICF International Cruise Trade Study study is expected to provide the State of Hawaii with critical insight into the cruise industry impact on environment, economy, port operations, security, tourism, port operations and transportation infrastructure. Towsley's experience and success in cruise industry development at the ports of Tampa and Miami and Walters' experience in port operations IT solutions will be part of the larger team's experience involving seven other companies. 4-6 Dec 2007: Harbour Mastery presents at 6th EyeForTransport conference in Washington D.C. The conference focus on Supply Chain security featured presentations from Department of Homeland Security and Department of Transportation on new regulations and developments in implementation of the Secure Ports Act of 2007 and the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. M. George Walters participated as a speaker in a panel on IT support for supply chain security.

27-28 Nov 2007: International Maritime Security Expo in New York City: Tucker Greco of PlanetData and John Schmidt, Latin American Marketing Manager for Harbour Mastery represented i-Seaports and PlanetData solutions to participants in the expo at the Jacob Javits Center.

15-16 Nov 2007: Harbour Mastery attends Clean Gulfs Conference in Tampa Florida. The focus on new environmental solutions and port security that helps prevent environmental incidents provided Harbour Mastery representatives the opportunity to discuss new collaborative relationships that integrate well with current i-Seaports Management solutions.

24 Oct 2007: i-Seaports is delivered on the industry leading NetSuite® platform. Using SuiteBundler allowed us to build a common application on NetSuite, i-Seaports Management, which we expect should be attractive to over 8,500 deep-water seaports and 50,000 marinas around the world. Within NetSuite, we created custom dashboards for traffic management, security monitoring, communications coordination, financial control and ecommerce marketing to be used by seaports, their clients and security agencies around the world. Charles Towsley PPM, President and CEO of Maritime Directions cites "pioneering innovative approach" and "internet-based approach" that positions this ERP & CRM product well for the future. View

12 Sept 2007: Richard Veale, President of Lloyd's Register-Fairplay Miami extends support to Harbour Mastery for Sea-Web® ships registry web-services integration in HM products. At a meeting in Tampa, Richard Veale and George Walters worked out the new marketing terms. Lloyd's initial development agreement with Harbour Mastery began in 2003 and resulted in a marketing agreement in 2005 to promote and integrate ships and ports data in Harbour Mastery online products.

27 August 2007: Charles A. Towsley, CEO, Maritime Directions Management Corp. signs agreement with Harbour Mastery to co-market their products and services. Maritime Directions will market Harbour Mastery IT solutions and integrated alliance partner products and services. Harbour Mastery will market Maritime Directions consulting services to its maritime industry clients.

20 July 2007: Mike Martin, CEO, Valley Associates Group, Canada renews agreement with Harbour Mastery to market in Canada and internationally. At a meeting in Montreal, George Walters of Harbour Mastery presented its new port management solutions to principals of Valley Associates and the two companies discussed their global marketing strategy for seaports.

13 July 2007: Pat Gallagher, CEO, Elevated Security Corp. USA signs agreement with Harbour Mastery to co-market alternative/emergency energy solutions for security and communications. Mike Lee, CTO for elevated says "Harbour Mastery and its affiliate, SynergyVA, can open new markets for us in the hurricane prone southern US and Caribbean. Their emphasis on security and alternative energy support parallels our own concern that disasters do not leave us defenseless."

4 May, 2007: Misener Marine Construction, part of the Orion Marine Group, began use of the Private Vessel Agent service in Port of Tampa serving Tampa, Manatee and St. Pete Ports and Harbor construction and repair. The Private Vessel Agent is a new interface for HM-WebPortRSVP that gives private companies complete control of their own traffic management at the port level with visibility to their Fleet owner/managers who may be managing traffic in multiple ports.

30 Apr, 2007: Harbour Mastery released two new user interfaces for its HM-WebPortRSVP Internet-based Service. The Private Vessel Agent interface gives these agents independent management of their vessel traffic in collaboration with their local port authorities. The Port does not need to be using Harbour mastery services for this to occur. The Fleet Traffic Manager interface gives a company complete control of its fleet traffic in and out of all the ports where they do business.

23-27 Apr 2007: Harbour Mastery represented at the Annual Latin America AAPA Conference in Rosario, Argentina by Dr. John Schmidt, new marketing agent, at the Annual Latin America AAPA Conference in Rosario, Argentina. The 40 major Port Authorities of Latin America and the Caribbean attend this annual conference. The theme this year focused on inter-modal transport, particularly rail.
