16 December 2008: International Software Group (INTERSOG) of Chicago, Vancouver and Odessa Ukraine joins Harbour Mastery Alliance: "We will be able to provide the handheld and remote device management solutions for i-Seaports Management that our existing and future maritime clients need" said Vadim Chernega, CEO of INTERSOG. "At Harbour Mastery, we are excited about the flexible and affordable solutions that can be brought to seaports and governments for management and security purposes" add M. George Walters, President of Harbour Mastery, Inc. in Tampa. The two companies expect to begin developing and testing their jointly developed solutions late 2010.

17 October 2008: SeaAway Inc. signs MOU with Harbour Mastery to co-market integrated security solutions for ports and national governments. Stephan Kroecker, Founder and Chairman of SeaAway and M. George Walters, President and Founder of Harbour Mastery, inked an agreement for their two companies to co-market advanced security and management services systems to seaports and national governments worldwide. SeaAway, headquartered in Titusville Florida has been perfecting it's Sea-Sentinel technology for "Prior-to-Port" security scanning and clearance processes to be deployed off national coastlines. Focused on container scanning and screening security processes their technologies can executive "surgical" removal and inspection of suspect containers and their contents at sea before they enter a harbor.

25 September 2008: PND Engineers of Seattle hosts Harbour Mastery for site visit to see PND's advanced and innovative engineering technologies. Steve Pierce, chief engineer at PND Engineers Seattle Office hosted George Walters, president o HMI for a tour of Tacoma, Seattle and Shilshole Harbors as part of HMI's research into advanced engineering technologies for seaport piers and passenger terminals. The Tacoma Open Cell Technology, the Seattle Cruise Pier, gangways and bridge systems, and Shilshole wave barriers for managing extreme tidal and silting conditions are all included in a study contract HMI and its partner Maritime Directions Management Corp. are performing with ICF International for the State of Hawaii.

21-25 September 2008: PND Engineers of Anchorage hosts Harbour Mastery at AAPA 2008 Annual Conference in Anchorage, Alaska where Harbour Mastery reps George Walters, President and Richard Walters, CIO presented new i-Seaports Management port engineering and project management solutions to visitors at the PND Engineers Partners' Booth 9 and 10.

25 August 2008: C-Tech Ltd of Canada joins forces with Harbour Mastery, Inc. to provide their Sonar Solution to the Harbor Mastery security arsenal. Chief Scientist, Andrew Maner and George Walters of Harbour Mastery welcome this addition as integral part of the integrated waterside surveillance solution that links above water radar and high resolution night vision cameras with underwater sonar and high-resolution cameras that see through "black" water.

11 August 2008: Potter and Gates Consulting of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia NetSuite implementation and business solutions consultants specialists, join Harbour Mastery Alliance to extend marketing opportunities in Asia. Mr. Albert Ling of Potter Gates will work in concert with Mr. Detlef Kestermann of SecurIntel also located in Kuala Lumpur to pursue opportunities for integrated port commercial management and security solutions. 15 July 2008: HMI Alliance Partners host ELBIT Systems at Tampa Harbour Mastery Alliance partners from the Tampa Bay area hosted Mr. Eran Mor from ELBIT Systems of Israel at the HMI Tampa Bay HQ for discussions on innovative new technologies and potentials for collaboration. Mr. Mor presented an overview of the Elbit Company and the security technologies they develop and market including surveillance technologies used in the U.S. Secure Border Initiative. Representative From ICF International, Spatial Networks Inc., and Harbour Mastery presented overviews of new initiatives they are delivering into the market place. Another guest from Asvaco Security Assessment Software joined by conference call and presented their company overview.

25 May 2008: Foro PBIP -- Port Security Conference for Latin America, Cancun Mexico, May 21-23: Harbor Mastery joins with NetSoft of Mexico City, to present i-Seaports to an international gathering from 17 Caribbean and Latin American countries in Cancun, Mexico. As guests of the Mexican government conference organizers, Hector Garcia of NetSoft and George Walters of Harbour Mastery presented the i-Seaports security capabilities to the 200 conference delegates. The focus of Foro 2008 PBIP was on how Latin American Ports are working to implement the International Ships and Port Facilities Security (ISPS) code of the International Maritime Organization (IMO). The Harbour Mastery delegation were invited guest of the Mexican government and was organized by John Schmidt, HMI's Latin American Marketing Manager with technical support from Rick Walters, HMI CIO in presentation preparation."

14 Jan 2008: As a part of i-Seaports Supply Chain Management and Security Strategy, Harbour Mastery has secured and MOU from iControl, Inc. to represent their new solutions to Ports and Maritime Industry. iControl's Mobile Asset Tag Tracking System (MATTS) utilizes "smart tag" technology and dynamic, adaptive, global communications to address a wide-range of monitoring and location needs for commercial and government applications.

iControl's integrated product suite provides an adaptive, multimode communications architecture for worldwide tracking and monitoring of remote assets. 17-18 Dec 2007: Harbour Mastery lands Hawaii Cruise Trade Study sub-contract with ICF International: As part of a teaming sub-contract agreement with ICF International, M. George Walters of Harbour Mastery and Charles A. Towsley of Maritime Directions Management Corp. initiated their team's work on port infrastructure impact and port operations best practices.

The year-long ICF International Cruise Trade Study study is expected to provide the State of Hawaii with critical insight into the cruise industry impact on environment, economy, port operations, security, tourism, port operations and transportation infrastructure. Towsley's experience and success in cruise industry development at the ports of Tampa and Miami and Walters' experience in port operations IT solutions will be part of the larger team's experience involving seven other companies. 4-6 Dec 2007: Harbour Mastery presents at 6th EyeForTransport conference in Washington D.C. The conference focus on Supply Chain security featured presentations from Department of Homeland Security and Department of Transportation on new regulations and developments in implementation of the Secure Ports Act of 2007 and the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. 12 Sept 2007: Richard Veale, President of Lloyd's Register-Fairplay Miami extends support to Harbour Mastery for Sea-Web® ships registry web-services integration in HM products. At a meeting in Tampa, Richard Veale and George Walters worked out the new marketing terms. Lloyd's initial development agreement with Harbour Mastery began in 2003 and resulted in a marketing agreement in 2005 to promote and integrate ships and ports data in Harbour Mastery online products.

27 August 2007: Charles A. Towsley, CEO, Maritime Directions Management Corp. signs agreement with Harbour Mastery to co-market their products and services. Maritime Directions will market Harbour Mastery IT solutions and integrated alliance partner products and services. Harbour Mastery will market Maritime Directions consulting services to its maritime industry clients.

20 July 2007: Mike Martin, CEO, Valley Associates Group, Canada renews agreement with Harbour Mastery to market in Canada and internationally. At a meeting in Montreal, George Walters of Harbour Mastery presented its new port management solutions to principals of Valley Associates and the two companies discussed their global marketing strategy for seaports.

13 July 2007: Pat Gallagher, CEO, Elevated Security Corp. USA signs agreement with Harbour Mastery to co-market alternative/emergency energy solutions for security and communications. Mike Lee, CTO for elevated says "Harbour Mastery and its affiliate, SynergyVA, can open new markets for us in the hurricane prone southern US and Caribbean. Their emphasis on security and alternative energy support parallels our own concern that disasters do not leave us defenseless."

4 May, 2007: Misener Marine Construction, part of the Orion Marine Group, began use of the Private Vessel Agent service in Port of Tampa serving Tampa, Manatee and St. Pete Ports and Harbor construction and repair. The Private Vessel Agent is a new interface for HM-WebPortRSVP that gives private companies complete control of their own traffic management at the port level with visibility to their Fleet owner/managers who may be managing traffic in multiple ports.

30 Apr, 2007: Harbour Mastery released two new user interfaces for its HM-WebPortRSVP Internet-based Service. The Private Vessel Agent interface gives these agents independent management of their vessel traffic in collaboration with their local port authorities. The Port does not need to be using Harbour mastery services for this to occur. The Fleet Traffic Manager interface gives a company complete control of its fleet traffic in and out of all the ports where they do business.
