12, January 2012: Harbour Mastery begins NetSuite 2012.1 upgrade review and testing process The NetSuite ERP CRM platform for 2012 release 1 contains a large number of improvements that i-Seaports(tm) ERP users can benefit from. Harbour Mastery will begin testing January 18th and enhance its own components to take advantage of these improvements. NetSuite provides twice annual upgrades to its users at no additional cost and Harbour Mastery provides twice annual testing and review prior to upgrade to insure all i-Seaports ERP components integrity.

30, November 2011: i-Seaports Advanced Job and Project Management component in beta - The Advanced Job Tracking component beta is now ready for testing with two ports who have defined these requirements. "We are excited about the Gant chart and time table graphics for these features" says one port. The second port expects to focus this use on their "maintenance projects" and take advantage of the ability to maintain recurring scheduled maintenance, parts and labor. "NetSuite Advanced Projects Module and Resources Allocation Component have greatly enhanced the i-Seaports ability to schedule, manage and deliver projects while controlling vendor costs, meeting work schedules, and maintaining payments against budgets in any part of the port's operations - equipment maintenance, dredging, repair and construction projects, etc." says i-Seaports product developers.
31, October 2011: i-Seaports rolls out Intermodal Cargo Location Tracking in Release 2011.2 - Intermodal (ship, truck, rail and air) cargo billing has long been a feature of i-Seaports whether across the docks (ATD), truck scales or throughput. With the new Cargo Location Tracking Module developed specifically for a Africa Port client, users can now check containers, bulk cargo, RO-RO and cattle in and out of storage areas while tying the product directly to a load/unload schedule, storage costs/billings, etc. whether for ship, truck, rail or pipeline. Location reports show what is in each area in real-time complete with detail level of location is needed as in large container yards or warehousing. Reefer (container or truck) hookup locations can be identified and tied to billing for electricity usage.
30, September 2011: NetSuite Release 2011.2 testing complete for i-Seaports - NetSuite Release 2011.2 testing with i-Seaports components was completed this month making ready for client upgrades. New components are being incorporated into the next release of i-Seaports for enhanced Location Tracking and Job Tracking that flows seamlessly into the billing and vendor payment processes.

31, July 2011: Canada Firm Exclusive Marketing Agreement Inked - Harbour Mastery has inked an exclusive marketing agreement with Enabled Success Inc. in Ottawa to market i-Seaports to Canadian Ports. The agreement will give Enabled Success, also a NetSuite Partner, exclusive rights to market and deliver i-Seaports in Canada and also rights to market on a non-exclusive basis anywhere Canada has markets for their goods and services.
30, June 2011: eBizNet NetSuite-based Warehouse Module ready for integration with i-Seaports - eBizNet's presentation of its warehouse module at "SuiteWorld was a highlight of the conference. eBizNet and i-Seaports have a long standing agreement that was only awaiting getting their vertical fully integrated on the NetSuite platform. 15 March 2011: Tampa Port Authority praised for Fiscal Accomplishments in a Down Economy - "The Tampa Port Authority is pleased to announce that New York-based Fitch Ratings has affirmed an ‘A’ rating of the port authority’s approximately $136 million revenue bonds. Additionally, Fitch provided the port authority with a Ratings Outlook of “Stable.” see Maddux News Wire, March 15, 2011.

1 March 2011: NEW: i-Seaports Management ERP SaaS Release 2011.1 - Harbour Mastery announced today its release 2011.1 of i-Seaports Management ERP SaaS. With this release Harbour Mastery is again first-to-market with totally new functionality for both internal port operations and external online 24/7 client services. Clients using Harbour Mastery may now integrate their logins for their customers online through there own seaports website giving their customers a simple URL like www.seaport.com/reservations or www.seaport.com/myaccount.
The Agents Online service has now been expanded to "Customers Online". For Agents Online, once the customer has logged in they can make new reservation or estimate requests, see reports on their pending requests, and see information provided to them by the port such as berth times in use, berth metrics and services, and the port tariffs. Agents and all customers such as a Terminal Operators and Lease Holders who do not have Agent rights, can run reports directly on their account, reprint invoices, print their own statements, review estimates, etc.

28 February 2011: Tampa Port Authority CFO Awarded for Excellence - The Tampa Port Authority (TPA) is pleased to announce that Michael Macaluso, chief financial officer, has been recognized with two awards in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s annual CFO of the Year awards program.

15 December 2010: Tampa Port Authority kicks-off i-Seaports Implementation
At a meeting today with Tampa Port Authority, the Harbour Mastery Project team headed by M.
George Walters, Rick Walters and Chris Barber
and joined by Paul Ashe, CEO of Securance Consulting met with Tampa Port Authority's Mike Macalusa, CFO and Ken Washington, CIO to launch the implementation project.
The project focus is on an integrated Seaport Vessel Reservations, Billing Statistics, and Reporting Solutions (see 21 July 2009 press release below).
New traffic analytics will provide agents and operators with alerts and warnings regarding potential arrival berth conflicts and
vessel metric fits (beam, operating draft, LOA).
New extensive Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) management with give current statistical analysis of all terminal operator and leasing agreements status across
multiple levels of rate guarantees and type of services (wharfage, dockage, throughput, cruise vessel calls, parking, miscellaneous billings and shortfalls)
New integrated Business Analytics will provide the marketing division current analysis of all across-the-docks commodity tonnages, vessel call statistics, and throughput
(truck, rail and pipeline) not across the docks previously managed in separate systems.

31 July 2009: Hawaii Port Infrastructure Contract Awarded to TEC Inc:: The
Maritime Administration has awarded a contract designed to streamline development efforts that modernize
Hawaii's commercial harbor facilities. A partnership between the Maritime Administration and the
State's
Harbors Division was established in 2005 to facilitate the redevelopment and expansion of Hawaii's port
system -- efforts that are critical to the economy of Hawaii.
The seven year "Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity" contract with a maximum value of $400 million was
awarded to TEC, Inc., through a competitive procurement process. The company has a major presence in Hawaii
and has been active for many years in the fields of engineering, environmental planning, architecture,
infrastructure development, and energy management. The Maritime Administration will oversee TEC's personnel
as they manage and complete all phases of the port redevelopment project.
As the lead federal agency for the Hawaii Port Infrastructure Expansion Program, the Maritime Administration
will partner with other federal agencies, the State, and local Hawaiian governments to implement time
sensitive and cost effective infrastructure improvements that stimulate sustained economic growth.
These efforts are expected to be completed within the timeframe of the contract and will ultimately
transform Hawaii's port system to improve transportation efficiency, air quality, and create jobs.
Note: Harbour Mastery, Inc. is in a teaming agreement with TEC Inc to provide "Intelligent Transportation Systems"
including support for IT technologies to be identified and deployed during the term of the contract.

response to the Request for Proposals international solicitation for qualified firms, from the three proposals

26 February 2009: The Memorial Service held in Dallas for Greg Millet: Rick Walters, represented Harbour Mastery at the Memorial Service for Greg Millet, early architect with Rick and George in defining HMI's web-based product development strategy. Greg, age 50, died unexpectedly while on a cruise with his wife Camille of 25 years. They have three children Micah, Noah and Naomi. Rick, George and Greg worked together at IBM/Lotus Professional Services and had developed strong family friendships. He will be greatly missed as a person who always sought for ways to help anyone he met and lived his faith as a strong churchman.

21 January 2009: Alliance Partner Strategy Conference in Tampa:
Executives from twelve of the 20+ Harbour Mastery Alliance partners
engaged in a day-long global strategy conference hosted by
Troy University. Across the USA, Canada and as far away as Ukraine,
partners presented on-line and live their current products, clients and market strategies.
Open sessions discussed the market demand and identified some 17 strategic market
opportunities in which partners will collaborate to amplify their products and services delivery.
Company CEOs like Brad Barker of The Halo Corporation, Micah Hoevelman of the Global Protection Group
and John Weber of ICF International focused on training delivery while others like
Howard Gordon of ASVACO, Bob Kennedy of 7Hills and Jeff Trudnack of Spatial Networks identified
collaborative potential for delivering their new technologies.
The "closed-door invitation-only" session offered an alternative conferencing approach for small companies to

industry infrastructure and operations impacts on both Commercial and Small Boat Harbors; and Module 9 that identifies
global resources for best practices for the consideration by the
State of Hawaii Legislature as they pursue updating district master plans and implementing the 10 Year Hawaii Harbors
Infrastructure Modernization effort 2010-2018. The State of Hawaii Department of
Transportation Harbors Division will
be managing much of its future maritime development efforts
through a MOU between State of Hawaii Harbors Division and the US DOT MARAD Division.
