Harbour Mastery alliance partners provide marketing, technology,
assessment, planning and training services
to meet commercial,
security and environmental needs of their maritime industry and
intermodal transportation related clients. These partners
work with their clients on a non-exclusive basis to identify
and deliver affordable and scalable solutions, products and services.
Annual strategy conferences are held to enable these partners to identify opportunities
to collaborate with each other. The last conference was held Jan 21, 2009 hosted
by Troy University, Tampa. (See News Items 21 January 2009).
Through teaming agreements they respond to RFIs and RFPs
worldwide.
Where possible, these products or services are integrated directly
into applications like i-Seaports Management to streamline
traffic management, security monitoring and/or

Safety Council of Texas City: The Safety Council of Texas City (SCTC) utilizes Computer Based Training (CBT) technology in teaching its members and non-members the Basic Orientation Plus Refresher courses, user OSHA site-specific training, and other OSHA standard based courses. Course participants include area contractors who need pre-qualification in order to do business in the area. SCTC also does security checks and verifications, and assesses craft and skill levels and certifications. Jim Gossett, Ex. VP will represent the Council on the HM Global Advisory Board.

Associated Construction Management (ACM) is an established Construction and Security

Acutrek Systems LLC in New York Metropolitan Area, USA is a Surveillance and Security systems product and technical solutions provider. The Acutrek Team brings a background and demonstrated design, development, and integration capability in Maritime Domain Awareness and fixed terrestrial site Intrusion Detection Systems. These systems utilize advanced sensors and technology including radar, video analytics and automatic identification system (AIS). Most notably, the Acutrek principal members led the engineering, design and integration team responsible for Port Authority New York/New Jersey Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS), the world's premier wide area airport security system. VODA LLC of St. Petersburg, FL USA: Harbour Mastery, Inc. of Tampa, FL and VODA LLC have established a technologies integration alliance partnership to promote their jointly developed i-Greenports advanced sensor and communications technologies for water quality and environmental analytics with security monitoring. Elbit Systems Ltd, Haifa Israel: Harbour Mastery, Inc. of Tampa, FL and Elbit Systems Ltd. of Israel have established a marketing agreement to focus on marketing specific maritime related camera systems, particularly the Illuminite Laser Camera with a 10-mile range in pitch darkness. This and other camera systems will be of high value for both search and rescue at sea, and land security surveillance. Elbit Systems is a leading provider of high performance products and for defense and homeland security and has achieved worldwide recognition in the Unmanned Aviation Vehicles (UAV) market. SeaAway Research Laboratories LLC, Titusville, FL USA: SeaAway has designed; patent pending, a comprehensive, "Prior-to-Port" security solution for the maritime industry known as the Sea Sentinel System. Through EBS-RAD LLC, Harbour Mastery has a partnership with 7Hills to provide ERP, CRM NetSuite based solutions. 7Hills is a global enterprise serving ports throughout the world with installations in Canada and India. Elevated Security, Inc. Elevated Security's communication and surveillance platforms come in fixed towers and portable trailer-towers that make rapid and low cost deployment of effective, reliable, security possible. Maritime Information Services of North America (MISNA) offers the Maritime Community the opportunity to consolidate information critical to port and national security on a daily basis. Harbour Mastery has allied with MISNA to create a simple single click reporting process through its applications that can be made available to any port. This is a Harbour Mastery mutual service agreement established through Tampa Port Authority. MISNA also offers an Automated Secure Vessel Tracking System (ASVTS) will track the location of vessels enroute and operating in U.S. waters to aid homeland security through the use of existing communications system (GMDSS), vessel tracking software and hardware, and the marine exchange infrastructure.
National Infrastructure Institute (NI2), Center for Infrastructure Expertise, is a non-profit research organization in the State of New Hampshire focused on infrastructure protection and containerized cargo security tracking systems. Their work with Lawrence Livermore Labs is pioneering a solution for the inter-modal tracking of containers that they hope to integrate with Harbour Mastery's Virtual Fusion Center solutions and vessel traffic management systems.
